My Weekly Hair Care Routine For Postpartum Hair Growth

Ana Cahill • Feb 22, 2022

One of my most frequently asked questions is how I grew my hair so long and after having Simona, sticking to my tried-and-true routine is essential to keeping my hair long, strong and healthy - so I want to share exactly what I do to help you promote hair growth too!

My Hair Wash Routine: (2x per week)

Pre-Wash: Scalp Detox + Gua Sha OR Stem Cell Serum

  1. Hair Cleanse

   2.  Hair Conditioner

Before washing my hair, I will use either the Scalp Detox or Stem Cell Serum (I rotate between the two!). Both of these products are incredible for scalp health, and for me treating my scalp is like taking care of the skin on your face. Skincare for your scalp is really the secret to great hair in my opinion! I use either product for 20-60 mins before showering or washing my hair.

When it comes to washing my hair, I don't wash my hair more than twice a week! I've found this lets my natural oils nourish my scalp and hair, thus promoting more growth.

My Daily Hair Care Routine: (as needed)

Restorative Hair Mask

Plant-Based Hair Capsules

Dry Shampoo

I use these daily products as needed. For me, using them every day works wonders! A little bit of the restorative hair mask on my ends, a dash of dry shampoo on my scalp, and taking a few capsules with my morning juice has been a game changer to the health + growth of my hair.
