I’m Danielle - a certified holistic health coach, yoga instructor and self-care enthusiast here to give you mindful, actionable advice that you can embrace during your very own wellness journey.
Through my own curated healing experience and background in nutrition and yoga, my mission is to help you find the modalities that bring you into true alignment. Healthy living is not a one-size-fits all journey and what may work for one person, may not work for another. And so, I work to help you discover the foods, wellness routines and products that help heal you from the inside out. The best part about this entire process is that it starts with you. Think of me as your guiding light that inspires action to uncover your own unique path to live your best, healthiest and most authentic life.
For many years now, yoga and movement have been an effortless part of my daily routine. I like to call it my “mental medicine” because it’s been such an optimal way to clear my head and stay grounded. Being able to teach yoga to other people has been such a rewarding experience mainly because I see how it directly benefits their lives. As I continued to practice yoga and reap all of its benefits, this organically led me to pursue a career in health coaching. It was at this same time that I enrolled in IIN and began dealing with my own chronic health issues: sibo, painful bloating, acne, dermatitis, eczema, missing cycles, hormonal imbalances, adrenal fatigue, vertigo, tinnitus and more. After 6 months of multiple doctor visits, thousands of dollars spent and still no answers, I decided that I was going to take matters into my own hands and become my own healer. Getting “sick” and going through my own health struggles not only inspired my career as a health coach, but it allowed me to truly understand how to help others with their own.
Paired with that, living in four different countries over the last four years has completely broadened my horizons and influenced the way I move, eat and live for the better. Through food, movement and “me-time” I have been able to substantially improve my life and my hope is to continue to teach others to do the same. With all of that said, I encourage you to live life mindfully, stay curious about food and movement and always look to find what works best for you.
