Oil-Free Pesto

The dip of all dips! You can use this on sandwiches (or potato toast) my personal favourite. Its great on pasta or just used for dipping in general.

Its so addictive and so easy to make! You can make a batch for the week but I promise it wont last.


- 1 cup Fresh Bail (packed)

- 1/2 Ripe Avocado

- 3 Garlic Cloves

- 1/4 cup Raw Cashews (pine nuts also work)

- 4 tbsp Water

- Pinch of Sea Salt


Add all ingredients to food processor and blitz for 2-5 minutes. Can be stored in a tightly sealed glass container I use for up to three days in the fridge.
