I believe in a holistic approach to health and wellness. In other words, I like to understand how all areas of your life are connected.

Does your stressful job or current relationship affect your eating patterns? Does your lack of sleep prevent you from being able to exercise? Do you find yourself holding back due to fear of misinformation? It’s easy to overlook all the things that contribute to your sense of nourishment. With the right guidance and ongoing support in place, together we can make mindful changes that improve your overall health and happiness.

As a health coach, I intend to create a supportive environment and build a personalized action plan that enables you to achieve your wellness goals, free of dietary myths and theories. There will be no restrictions, no calorie counting and no crash diets or extreme workouts. Together, we will uncover your path to healthy and authentic living.

One-On-One Session

A one-time coaching session is a 60-minute deep-dive into all aspects of your life, including a complete health history. During this session, I will evaluate in detail what may need to be altered and/or shifted. I will help you assess all areas of your life, exploring your sense of purpose, your relationship with nutrition, self-care routines, mindset and more. Together, we will identify where you’re currently at and where you would like to be and how to achieve optimal alignment. 

Subsequent sessions can be highly customized and will vary depending on the needs of the client. These sessions may include guided meditations, a healing foods guide, journaling prompts, pantry clean-outs, energy work and more.

Conditions I can help with: 

• Chronic health problems, such as chronic fatigue, all thyroid disease, migraines, inflammation, ------------- vertigo, tinnitus, and more 

• Digestion, including IBS, Small Intestinal Bacteria Overgrowth (SIBO), bloating, heart burn, candida, leaky     -gut and more 

• Women’s health issues, such as Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS), chronic Urinary Tract Infections     ---(UTIs), abnormal/loss of menstrual cycle, hormonal imbalances, pre and post menstrual symptoms and more

• Anxiety, depression, limiting beliefs, and brain fog

Monthly Maintenance Program

This is a month to month program that includes one 30 minute, one-on-one coaching sessions in-person or over the phone at the end of the month, unlimited email support and detailed session notes, as well as access to nutritional resources and tools customized to your individual plan. This option is only offered to those who have completed an initial session with myself.

Group Coaching Workshops

Workshops are an opportunity to work with me in a group setting. Are you a company, fitness studio or community wanting someone to come and talk all things mindset, nutrition or healthy living? This is a multi-sensory experience involving nutrition talks, dietary recommendations, mindful movement, meditation and more. This is a powerful and special experience to share with co-workers, business partners, friends and family members. 

Some options include: A Mind Make Over. This is a great starter workshop. I will take the group through my simple method of mindful eating, movement and meditation. Including my top 10 wellness and mindfulness tips.


Other workshop options include Brain Health, The Truth about Inflammation, Mindful Eating and Self Care — plus many more! I can customize workshops to your groups specific wants and needs. Length and fees varies depending on location and group size. I look forward to working together and helping your group create lasting change to live their best life.
